Well, you know, my passion for welcoming guests to my holiday home is a bit like my passion for motorbike racing or football - it's all about emotions and sharing.

My work in design and advertising teaches me the importance of detail and presentation. Every detail in my holiday home is designed to make guests feel as if they were immersed in an oasis of complete relaxation.

Welcoming guests to my holiday home is much more than just a hobby. It's my passion and my way of sharing the things I love with the world. And there is nothing better than seeing the smiles on the faces of my guests while they experience unforgettable moments in my home.. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💖

Information

Located in the heart of the center of the province of La Spezia, Lombardo's Family allows you to easily discover all the wonders of the area.

All the major utilities in the city are easily reachable on foot, such as bars and restaurants, hyper-markets, bus stops, panoramic road with a view of the Gulf of Poets, railway (500m - La Spezia Centre), swimming pools and gyms.

You will have everything you need at your fingertips. The famous Cinque Terre natural park (which hosts 2 million tourists every year) or the fairytale areas of Lerici and Portovenere can be reached either by car or by bus, or by train, allowing you to explore the natural and cultural beauties of the region without any difficulty.

All the most tourist areas are well connected to the centre, as the routes of all passenger transport services are very frequent.

Rules

Check-in and check-out times:

  • Check-in from 3pm to 8pm
  • Check-out from 08:00 to 10:00
  • Customers must provide a phone number, email and government-issued identification.
  • Pre-authorized security deposit (€150 per guest).
  • Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, not inside the apartment.
  • Pets are allowed on request.
  • It is not permitted to organize parties/events.
  • The silence time slot is from 10pm to 9am.
  • Cash payment Tourist Tax upon arrival: €2.50/guest per day (maximum 5 days).
  • No penalty is charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking.
