Browsing data and Cookies
The processing of personal data of users who visit the Site is limited to navigation data, i.e. those for which transmission to the Site is necessary for the functioning of the IT systems responsible for managing the Site and Internet communication protocols. This category includes, for example, the IP addresses or domain of the computer used to visit the Site and other parameters relating to the operating system used by the user to connect to the Site.
Lombardo's Family collects this and other data (such as, for example, the number of visits and time spent on the Site) only for statistical purposes and in anonymous form in order to monitor the functioning of the Site and improve its functionality. This is information that is not collected to be associated with other information about users and identify them; however, this information by its very nature can allow the identification of users through processing and association with data held by third parties. The data is processed exclusively by specifically authorized personnel, including personnel in charge of carrying out extraordinary maintenance operations.
Purpose and methods of processing
Lombardo's Family may process the user's common and sensitive personal data for the following purposes: use by users of services and features on the Site, management of requests and reports from its users, sending newsletters, etc. Personal data is processed both in paper and electronic form and entered into the information system in full compliance with the Privacy Code, including security and confidentiality profiles and inspired by the principles of correctness and lawfulness of processing. In compliance with the art. 11 of the Privacy Code, the data are kept and stored for a period of time no longer than that necessary to achieve the specific purposes pursued from time to time.
Security and quality of personal data
Lombardo's Family undertakes to protect the security of the user's personal data and respects the security provisions established by the applicable legislation in order to avoid data loss, illegitimate or illicit use of the data and unauthorized access to the same, with particular but non-exclusive reference to Annex B of the Privacy Code (Technical Regulations regarding minimum security measures). Furthermore, the information systems and computer programs used by Lombardo's Family are configured in such a way as to minimize the use of personal and identifying data; such data are processed only to achieve the specific purposes pursued from time to time. Lombardo's Family uses multiple advanced security technologies and procedures aimed at promoting the protection of users' personal data; for example, personal data is stored on secure servers located in places with protected and controlled access. The user can help Lombardo's Family to update and keep their personal data correct by communicating any changes relating to their address, title, contact information, etc.
Scope of accessibility of personal data
The user's personal data are accessible by the person in charge of processing who, in relation to his duties, needs to process them to fulfill the user's requests relating to the use of the services and functions present on the Site and in any case with regards to the purposes described above. The data may be communicated to other companies for statistical purposes for the same purposes listed above and/or for administrative-accounting purposes pursuant to art. 34 paragraph 1-ter of the Privacy Code to third parties to whom Lombardo's Family turns for the execution of commercial, professional and technical services functional to the aforementioned purposes. Without prejudice to the above, the user's personal data are not communicated to third parties, natural or legal persons, nor are they disclosed in any way.
Nature of the provision of data
The provision of some personal data by the user is mandatory to allow Lombardo's Family to manage communications, requests received from the user or to contact the user himself to follow up on his request. This type of data is marked with the asterisk symbol [*] and in this case the provision is mandatory to allow Lombardo's Family to follow up on the request which, failing this, cannot be processed. On the contrary, the collection of other data not marked with an asterisk is optional: failure to provide it will not have any consequences for the user.
User rights
The user can exercise the rights recognized by the art. at any time. 7 of the Privacy Code, including the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, verify its content, origin and accuracy, request its integration, updating, rectification, cancellation , transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, opposition to the processing of data for legitimate reasons.
